Mexico can be nutty. Nuttier when you take 3 stressed out professionals (2 who needed to STEP AWAY FROM THEIR BLACKBERRIES), 1 stir crazy teacher on summer break and 1 who has been on the road so long she feels like she has morphed into a travel writer - shake and serve over ice.
